Rascal packs a HUGE personality in his tiny 4 pounds!!!! He's extremely smart and knows each one of his toys by name if you ask him for one. He's the best fetcher and even more the best cuddler! Rascal will be under covers and another dog or horse comes on TV and he flies out from under the covers and barks, we still don't know how he knows they are on TV from under the covers or blanket! He also loves going to the market every Saturday and even wakes us up Saturday morning and runs in his carrier to let us know he is ready! He has the biggest heart and puts a smile on everyone's face he encounters!
