Your Pet's Story or Bio
We adopted Hammy from CACC in May of 2013. He was "dumped"there on Christmas and when we heard of his plight he was at deaths door. We couldn't let that happen and thanks to the help of some wonderful volunteers at CACC we brought our other dogs there to meet him, they got along great and here we are 11yrs later. In Feb of this year he wasn't doing good. Couldn't keep food down, so we took him to vet where they ran test and discovered a mass in his stomach. It is unfortunately inoperable due to its size and his age so we're just keeping him comfortable until he tells us its his time. We Love our boy and are cherishing every moment with him. #cancersucks
