Phatty had a rough start in life, having ended up in the shelter not once but twice before finding her way to me. I have never met a dog who was so happy about everything in life. She loved everyone she met. In 2016, around age 3, I found her first mast cell tumor. Between 2016 and 2020, she had 5 surgeries to remove a total of 10 tumors. She started chemo in 2020. In April 2022, she had a new mast cell tumor, that could not be removed. We did radiation. Unfortunately, it came back. She left this world peacefully January 4th, 2023.
Through all she went through, she continued to be happy and enjoy life. Live Like Roo helped us through it all. Phatty was so very strong, and resilient. She LOVED going to both her regular vet and Oncologist, and we all loved her so very much.
