Suzy was rescued in January of 2016. She and 27 other dogs were left for over a month in a house of filth. She survived and I adopted her.

In February of 2022, Suzy was diagnosed with a MCT. After an extensive surgery to remove the tumor, radiation was recommended. They said this was Suzy's best shot at beating it completely, without reoccurrance. 3 years and 5 months later, Suzy is still cancer free!

Suzy had to fight early in her life to survive. She had to fight cancer to live. Despite a lot of struggles, Suzy has always been resilient and the sweetest love bug.
I have considered every day with her, since her diagnosis, a gift. We never miss an opportunity to LIVE LIKE ROO!
