I adopted Izzi from a small-town rescue after her owner abandoned her at a boarding facility. She was only 6 months old. She was my first pitty and my very best friend. She was an exemplary pitbull - a social butterfly who loved everyone she met. She was an expert at changing hearts and minds of people who were afraid of her breed. My world came crashing down the day she was diagnosed with cancer but thanks to LLR we were able to enjoy almost 3 more years together.
