Madeline was diagnosed with oral squamous cell carcinoma in 2019. She was only 7 years old, and was still just a pup in my eyes. I knew she was down to fight. And boy did she fight! Most of her lower jaw was amputated and she completed 19 rounds of radiation. She had to stay at Kansas State University Monday through Friday and would come home on the weekends. Maddy received her Roo care package during the first week of radiation. It was a welcome distraction during a really difficult time. Mad Dog is an old woman now. She's been cancer free since April 5th, 2019. We've had *so many* amazing adventures since her cancer diagnosis. She's really an inspiration. We'd love to help raise some funds for LLR.
