Houdini was born a feral kitten when I lived on a farm he was born in 2015. He got sick a few years later and when I took him to the vet, they didn’t expect him to live. He had contracted a terrible bacterial infection in his urinary track, but the vet was surprised because he said the blood work was that of a dead cat and he was alive. He was shocked. I set up all night and syringe fed him and gave him water and held him all night Houdini is a big boy and he’s so lovable and I still have his mommy and his brother. He is truly unique and he lives up to his name after the great Houdini. I captured this photo as he sat inside my giant antique bowl with the sunlight coming in the back door looking at me in my kitchen. He is absolutely and the vet still says he’s lucky to be alive
