Sylvie is a former Ross County Humane Society resident. She is 10 years old. Sylvia's picture kept appearing on my Facebook. I decided I had to meet her because she looked like she needed a friend. Little did I know that I was the one who needed her. She's blossomed into an energetic and loving girl. She's my forever friend.
