**Meet Cordelia-our 4th of July Miracle Dog**
Hard to imagine, but 1-year ago, she was a puppy found wandering-emaciated, suffering from severe mange-throughout the streets of Istanbul Turkey. We didn’t know her then, but thankfully she was rescued by some amazing, loving people. She was nursed back to health in a vet hospital for 3 months and was brought to the U.S. by Rover’s Retreat. We were honored to adopt her to our forever home in January 2019.
This photo is very special as it was taken on Cordelia’s first 4th of July with us! 1year ago we would’ve never dreamed we would be blessed to have such a special dog in our life.
