We just adopted this sweet boy in May 2019. We were originally told he was 2-3 years old but a vet visit revealed he is a little over 1 year old. The only thing we know is that a collar that was too small was left on him and he has scarring around the neck from this. We are happy to have this boy in our life after we had to put down our 12 year old rottie in April. He needs some training but he is adapting well.
