Smokey was staff only at shelter because of dog aggression. We started volunteering at the shelter in November when he was brought in shortly after. We talked staff into letting us walk and play with him and took him home almost a year later. Best decision.
Since he became Shayde we work everyday to help rehab him to making friends. And we're doing great.
He will celebrate his gotcha day with us 10/13/2019. This weekend.
