If the kill shelter had had it's way Ally wouldn't be alive today. She sat on death row for 29 days. She had been shaved after being picked up as a stray. No one realized how beautiful she really was. She was so scared in that shelter with all the dogs barking all the time. But on her final day a local rescue sent in an angel to save her and brought her to me. My husband had recently died, my chiildren were grone and moved away, I had lost my house, my car and everything else I had ever worked for. I was alone, but Ally became my savior, my constant companion and the reciever of my love and devotion. We've been together for 7 years now and I couldn't imagine life without her. Us "pound puppies" gotta stick together.
