Penny was living in a parking garage at an apartment complex. Some of the people who lived there were feeding her, but after a while other residents threatened to call animal control to pick her up. A friend of mine yd me about her, and I agreed to foster her until a forever home could be found. I fell in love with Penny, and decided to keep her.
