Phoebe is a 9 year old three legged shy female who must have been hit by a car a few years ago when Corridor Rescue found her with a dangling leg , broken teeth and almost no fur. They had to amputate her leg, fix her mouth, and bad ear. After almost two years in their foster homes and shelters, we fostered her. We fell in love and we are now "foster failures"!
