Meet sweet Lucie-Loo, a diamond in disguise when I met her at BARC. These photos show "before" and "after" her make-over (pics taken approx. 2 hours apart). Isn't it amazing what some TLC can do! Lucie-Loo is my little Ambassador here at the house. She welcomes, and helps train, all the RPM fosters that pass through our doors. Please vote for my little calendar girl, LUCIE-LOO!
