- Voting begins August 1, 2015 at 12:01AM EST and ends August 31, 2015 at 8:00 PM.
- When commenced, each vote is $1, with a donation minimum of $5 (to keep our accountant from jumping off a ledge). There is no limit to the number of votes one may cast, but you must cast a minimum of 5 votes at a time for a minimum charge of $5.
- You may vote for your own photo, and you may spread your votes across multiple dogs.
Prizes
- Prizes will be awarded based on electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GoGo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding. Please note that due to the limitations of Contest's computer tabulating system, there can be up to a 15-minute delay between when a donation is received/recorded and when it is reflected in the leaderboard. All votes received by August 31, 2015 at 12 Midnight will be honored. The leaderboard results are official.
- The photo with the most votes will be featured on the cover of RPM's 2016 Calendar, and you will also receive 2 complimentary 2016 calendars.
- The top 2nd through 13th photos will appear in our 2016 calendar, in the order of number of votes (e.g., 2nd place is January, 3rd place is February, 4th place is March, 13th place is December), and you will also receive a complimentary 2016 calendar.
- Each of the above pictures will also feature a short biography of your pet.
- But EVERYONE is a winner because each photo submission will be used on dates throughout the calendar. You can reserve a specific day for an additional $10 by clicking here. In the event two people choose the same day, you will play Rock, Paper, Scissors, with the loser choosing another day.

About Us
Rescued Pets Movement is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides a second chance for thousands of Houston's homeless dogs and cats through rehabilitation and transport to forever homes in communities throughout the country that have a need for adoptable pets.
RPM's goal is to reduce the number of homeless dogs and cats on Houston's euthanasia list. We do this primarily through our partnership with BARC Animal Shelter & Adoptions (the City's pound) and the help of over 350 volunteers and foster parents who foster our animals for a two-week period while they are fully examined and treated at our veterinary clinic. Once ready, they are loaded onto our own vans and transported to awaiting agencies in other areas of the nation that place them in new, permanent homes. In our first year and a half of existence, RPM has, among other things, (1) transported over 7,500 dogs and cats to new homes; (2) helped BARC increase its live release rate from 45% to a high of 81% in January 2014; and (3) of the 220 rescue groups permitted to pull animals from BARC, pulled on average 63% of all pets saved.
Thank you for entering our contest, for voting, and for spreading the word!
