Pet Rescue Story
Scarlett was living in the worst conditions in South Korea until RRLV showed up. As soon as I saw her pictures, I knew she was my dog. Since arriving in our home, she has taken over..our hearts, couches, and bed! We love her so much and can’t imagine life without her.
