Rules

Entries:

Each entry is a $5 donation.
Limit of 1 pet per photo entry. People are not allowed in photos, only your pet. Photos that do not follow these rules will not be eligible to win with no opportunity for a refund.
You may enter multiple pets per household as separate entries.
Due to the outdoor nature & public setting of the grand prize Cover Dog sessions, pets may only be entered if they are able to safely travel outside of the home in public spaces- ie: on a leash.
All photos must be uploaded; we cannot accept printed photos. We cannot accept any copyrighted or professional photos.
The Submissions Period starts on Saturday August 15^th 2020, at 9:00am PDT and ends on Saturday September 12th at 9:00pm PDT.
Contest entry fees are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
Any photograph that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent, may portray harm to an animal, or is obscene, as determined by Paws Cause Pet Photography in its sole discretion, will be removed from the contest with no opportunity for a refund.
Posting more than one photo of your pet does not increase the chances of winning. The winner of the photo contest will be determined by the top entry that receive the most votes.

Voting:

Each $1 counts as one (1) vote.
All donations from voting are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
Contest votes are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of Gogo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
The Voting Period starts on August 15th 2020 at 9am PDT, and ends on September 12th, 2020 at 9pm PDT.

Calendar Photo Session:

The top vote getter will win a professional on-location photo session by Paws Cause Pet Photography at a pre-selected location in the Rocklin/Roseville CA area during the month of October 2020, for a professional outdoor, on-location photography session.
If you are unable to commit to a photo session during those times or find yourself unable to travel to these pre-selected locations, you forfeit your winning and the next top vote getter will take your pet's spot in the calendar, no exceptions.
The top vote recipient will win the coveted cover photo for the 2021 calendar.
The photographer, Paws Cause Pet Photography, will choose the best image of the pet to be used in the calendar as the Cover Dog.
You will also be required to sign Paws Cause standard photography agreement which includes photo & liability releases. If you are unwilling to sign the contract your grand prize photo session will be released to the next highest vote getter.
Each grand prize winner will have the option, though no obligation, to view and purchase prints from their session at Paws Cause Pet Photography's standard pricing.
Only the grand prizewinning dog & owner will be allowed at the photo session.
Grand Prize winners will be notified via email and have until September 19th, 2020 to confirm & reserve their session, which will take place during the month of October 2020.

The Fine Print:

By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work created by you and that you own or otherwise control all the rights to your entry materials. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you.
Calendars will be available to the general public starting late October, 2020.
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless RRUFF Dog Park, and Paws Cause Pet Photography and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
