How does your pet enrich your life?
We rescued Lizzie when she was 10 years old in 2018, from RSPCA Wangaratta. We figured we’d give an old queen the best years of her remaining life after we lost a rescue kitten not long beforehand due to illness. Lizzie has taught us that she’s really the queen! She’s affectionate, she’s always hungry and she loves a belly scratch. She is an indoor cat who meets us at the door every afternoon, and her resting bitch face is just a facade. She’s truly a lovely cat who loves everyone she meets and who we love very much.
