Your Pet's Story or Bio
Ben was 2 years old when he came to rescue along with his dad and brother from a farm in southern Minnesota after their owner passed. Ben and his family were never allowed indoors, always outside wandering. He was so timid, malnourished, had scratches, signs of past frostbite, Lyme disease and an undiagnosed thyroid disorder. He was a hot mess. With proper care, love and lots of patience he became confident. He loves people. He is so therapeutic, with his loving and comical nature. He enjoys car rides and will nod his head to hint to put the window down. A few years ago we heard about another large lab who unfortunately had been through a few homes and had a lot of anxiety. With Ben as a calm , confident older brother he too has found his forever home.
