Pet's Story/Bio
I found Cesar in the movie theater parking lot about 2 1/2 years ago. He did not have a chip and we could not locate an owner. He has been a member of our family since that time. Very friendly and is loved and known by all our neighbors. We say he is more like a dog - waits for me in the driveway after work - follows me to the mail box - loves to play!
