Hi! I'm Habeeba~ which means 'beloved one', and boy, is that an appropriate name for me! As a young dog, I was trained to fight, and had at least one litter of pups before I was 1 1/2 years old. When I came to Saga, I had tick fever & was starved, not only for food, but for love, as well. When my best friend, Sargeant, was going to be adopted, I begged to go along with him. Luckily for me, Spenser, my new Mom's son, fell in love with me, & I felt the same about him. Saga agreed to let us go home together for a weekend trial, and as they say, the rest is history!
I'm the 'In Charge~ Alpha' resident guard dog of our home, Casa de Maravilla, & Sargeant is my loyal assistant.
Mom says that voting for any of these great dogs will help Saga to take care of many more starving, sick, homeless dogs. (But I hope you'll'll vote for me!!)
