As Buddy's owner walked the cold concrete cages of the Sacramento Human Society all the dogs appeared to look the same. Then suddenly a 15 pound sickly brown/white dog slowly walks to the front of his cage and lays his head in Tom's hand. As it turned out Buddy is a rare breed expensive show dog. Sadly when his owner's mansion was foreclosed and the family forced to move out, they left Buddy in one of the 5 car garages tied up and left to die. He was so ill that the Humane Society sent him home with Tom without having him neutered. They did not expect him to live....After a few weeks of tender care Buddy was up and about and ready for his Snip.... And now 5 years since his adoption there is no stopping him.....His odd talking verbiage now sounds more like a real-dog bark when he gets excited. He now walks with Tom each and every morning on the Beach in Belize and there are no signs that Buddy is getting any older.
