Marcy

A little about me...
Marcy ( Marcy Pickle is her full government name) is my 9-year-old rescue who has been my heart and soul for the past five years. We met through my previous work at a veterinary hospital after she came in heartworm positive through a rescue. I adopted her, helped her through treatment, and she's been by my side ever since. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Marcy is the definition of gentle. She wouldn't hurt a fly and has never met a creature she didn't want to be friends with. She adores cats (and may secretly believe she's one), is endlessly patient with my toddler, and has earned the title of the world's best nanny dog.
Typically you'll find her living her best couch potato life, soaking up sunbeams like it's her full-time job. But don't be fooled! She's always ready for an adventure, especially if snacks are involved. Her love language is cuddles, and when she's especially happy, she'll dramatically throw herself onto the floor and rub her back with all four legs flailing in the air.
Marcy has taught me more about unconditional love than I ever thought possible. She's my shadow, my comfort, my adventure buddy, and the sweetest soul.
