Moose, age 12, is not only the cutest cat ever, he’s the most amazing cat ever. He spent his early years lying in my sons’ rooms, covered in Legos, not a care in the world. He’s always been the most perfect ‘kid cat.’ Moose had a malformed hip bone removed at age two, suffered through a bladder blockage surgery and years of severe food allergies, and now Moose has severe hyperthyroidism that is unresponsive to treatment. This glorious and floofy giant of a cat has shrunk from 21 pounds to 11 pounds. You’d never know he was ailing, though, as he’s the happy, playful boy we’ve always known and loved.
