Rudy Rudiger was rescued 11 years ago as a starving puppy chewing on power lines in West Virginia. Rudy loves Notre Dame football, chewing on tennis balls and adores monkey toys. He has 2 fur-siblings, Roxie and Remy who are also rescue dogs. Rudy plans to run for president in 2020 and will enforce snack and nap time. #Rescuedismyfavoritebreed #Adoptdontshop
