It's me, Bugs! I'm lucky to be alive. I was attacked by a pit bull in the middle of the night when I was just 12 weeks old. My shoulder was crushed and I had over 50 deep puncture wounds. I went into shock and my family rushed me to the emergency vet. Unfortunately, the bills would be too high and there was no guarantee they could save my leg so they left me there to be euthanized.

Early the next morning, the vet office called my mommie and asked if she would take me (and pay the bill). The answer was YES! After a very long surgery, I ended up with 7 pins in my shoulder, one screw in my knee and over 100 stitches.

Today I am a strong, healthy boy that loves to jump and play. I love my family and am fur-ever grateful for the amazing doctors that put me back together and saved my life.
