Teddy aka Theodore Ruffkin was adopted on March 17th 2023 from SAPA! A lucky day for us! He's such a smart and easy going pup who loves to cuddle ,loves car rides and already knows so many commands! His favorite snack is a good old frozen blueberry or 2 and he loves belly rubs more than anything...ok, maybe not as much as his naps!!
