Ootsee is a spunky, spicy, mischievous but precious two-year-old tripawd who I adopted one year ago from San Antonio Pets Alive. Ootsee loves to play with his toy springs, run around, watch the squirrels and birds on the balcony from his favorite window, and later lounge on my lap after eating his Temptation catnip treats. There is never a dull moment when Ootsee is around, and you can be sure that he will tell you exactly what he thinks by his facial expressions.
