Finley (shelter name was Spirit!) was found in the desert by one of the SCCAS volunteers, he was extremely thin and unhealthy but the volunteer generously took the time to help him and brought him to a local shelter. After a few weeks, the shelter was going to close down and the volunteer drove all the way back to pick him up, and he ended up at the Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter! After spending three months at the shelter, Finley was placed with a foster home, where he spent three weeks until he met his forever family!
