Dolly Rose was adopted from the Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter in 2014. She was an escape artist whose family could not afford to care for her. They confided to Client Services that they sometimes couldn’t afford to feed her. That went a long way toward explaining why she escaped multiple times!
Dolly Rose made a quick and easy transition to being a very spoiled only dog. She charms everyone she meets and has earned the nickname of “Princess.” Her favorite color is pink. She is hoping for the gift of a tiara for her next birthday.
