A little about me...
Hi, my name is Rocky and I’m 2 years old. I arrived at the Santa Cruz SPCA last January.
When my new Dad first saw me, I was a sight ! My fur was so long and dirty, I must have looked like a brown mop lying on the floor. The very nice care takers at the SPCA named me Chewbacca, I think that was appropriate at the time. Then came spa day, those wonderful people at the SPCA took me to get a bath and a haircut. Boy did I feel better ! The next day my new dad came back and took me home.
MY NEW HOME !!! I now have a whole family, Mom,Dad, two sisters ,their dogs and my new playmate Abby a cute Maltese mix about half my size. They changed my name to Rocky because they said I looked like a tuff little guy.
I still don’t know what kind of dog I am, I hear a lot of people ask and then they say I’m adorable, so I’ll go with I’m just an adorable doggy !
Going for walks at the beach and the park is my favorite thing to do.
While I’m out on my walks people always ask to pet me, they tell me I’m cute and my hair is so soft. Did I say I LOVE GOING FOR WALKS!
Dad says I’m getting carried away so I’ll stop for now.
