My Gypsy was a two-year old Shelter Pet at Santa Fe Animal Shelter amongst the many I had looked at . One evening a few days later as I was preparing for bed, I heard a female voice in my head accompanied by her image, saying, "I'm the one you need to adopt; I'm the one you need to adopt for your journey."
That evening I placed a reservation on her adoption and one day later we met and she has been my wonderous companion for the last three years.
