Meet Howard! I found this little guy on the euthanasia list just months ago. He was almost completely hairless (and looked kind of like a chupacabra) due to a non-contagious form of mange. I had never fostered before, but the morning after seeing his picture I could not stop thinking about him, so I stepped up and took him in as one of my first SAPA fosters. He is now full of fur and looks like a completely new dog. He enjoys playing with the other dogs and snuggling in any lap he can find. He also likes to carry around his little ball (he doesn't know it is a cat toy yet...) and sometimes he even brings it back.
