Baloo

Baloo is a 10 year old DSH that we rescued when we lived in Louisiana. Unfortunately, our former grey cat passed away and my son really wanted another grey cat. We found Baloo on PetFinders, but he was in a shelter about 70 miles away. So one day after work, I drove all the way there, picked up Baloo and brought him to his new home. I told my son that he needed to go out to my car to help bring in the groceries. To his surprise, there was Baloo - his new grey cat. Baloo loves his bowties and the catnip we grow in the backyard. His fur-parent is also a member of the San Antonio Feral Cat Coalition, so he keeps track of the ferals/strays - through the front window - that live in our neighborhood. He was named after the grey bear in The Jungle Book.
