Rosie was fostered when she was only about 6 weeks old. She was the sweetest little girl and adopted very quickly by a wonderful and loving family here in town. I'm told she enjoys cuddling with her family and long walks at The Pearl Farmer's Market. Rosie's forever Daddy is Chef Jeffrey Balfour who owns the amazing restaurant, Southerleigh, at The Pearl.
