Beethoven is a unique breed-Great Dane, with a dash of Field Spaniel, so he has long fur on his ears, tail, legs & toes, but sadly he is deaf. Beethoven was rescued from the Rio Grande Valley. We believe he was used for breeding & very abused. Because of a prostate infection, we think he was dumped. He's a big love bug that just wants to cuddle and sleep. He is only 3 but he didn't even know how to play when he came to us. Now he loves to play and go for walks. Everyone that meets Beethoven falls in love with him and wants to just hug him and he loves all the attention. He even lets my Grandson climb on him. He is our first ever 'Foster Fail' (after more than 3 years of fostering) and now lives the life of luxury.
