Your Dog's Story or Bio
Benji was a stray from Georgia that Saved Me Rescue brought to PA at a very young age. When we found his picture on a friend’s IG during her time fostering him, our timeline for getting a dog immediately moved up. Meeting the three month old pup and adopting him was the easiest decision! Benji is the sweetest boy, happiest pup and most loving fur friend. After nursing him back to health (he had a parasite) and putting a little weight on him, Benji showed us his little energetic, silly personality.

He hates the snow/rain/any mild form of precipitation - which we quickly learned bringing him home during a snow storm - and can be found either lounging on the couch or having the zoomies outside (but when it’s nice weather). Benji isn’t shy about telling us when he’s feeling neglected because we don’t give him our dinner…even though he has a fresh bowl of food. He’s a repeat offender sock thief and is on Toys Most Wanted List for aggressive chewing against plushies. Benji is the definition of “who saved who” and truly shows everyone how important a dog’s love is. He’s turned non dog people into his biggest fan and has become somewhat of a notable figure in our neighborhood. Every dog and person is a potential new friend and he can’t understand why every day isn’t doggie park day!

Benji will be 1 in October and we’re so thankful that Saved Me Rescue and Doggie Style valued his life so he could bring joy to ours! ❤️
