Southern Belle living in Philly! Pepper was a baby who was rescued from GA and brought to Philly at SavedMe. We grew up with black labs and she is the dog of my dreams. Sweet, independent, energetic, and loves everyone she meets. Plays well with other pups at her daycare and is a celebrity in the neighborhood. Couldn’t be more grateful!
