At three months old, Penn was dropped at a local credit union ATM. After being spotted by a kind-hearted cat lover and placed into foster care for a couple of months, he was adopted by a family who had a recent loss of their other cat. Penn has brought so much love and joy to his new owners and has become a favorite of coworkers at virtual work meetings due to his on-camera appearances!
