Your Cat's Story or Bio
Kota was found abandoned after Hurricane Michael. Declawed and suffering from tapeworms, he was taken in by Pet Welfare on the Eglin Air Force Base. My dog, Kona, had recently passed away. My friend, Melissa DiBona, saw that Pet Welfare was desperately searching for someone to adopt Kota because he was terrified at the shelter. I brought him home and he hid under the guest room bed for 2 months. Ever since, though, he won't leave me alone. He's a talkative, cuddly, brush-me-now, give-me-treats cat and I adore him. Halloween is his jam. He likes to pose near all the decorations.
