Black Jack spent most of his life on a chain abused and neglected. He was near death when Animal Control took him. He was in awful shape. But he wanted to live! With help from a volunteer, he showed his amazing strength and resilience. Black Jack is a survivor! Since being saved from his previous horrible life, he has conquered Heartworm Treatment, many skin issues, neck surgery, and double knee surgeries. He is doing very well on his meds for Pulmonary Hypertension. Black Jack is living the dream life now with a family who loves him dearly!
Black Jack is the perfect dog to be the cover model not only because he's super handsome but because his story represents what rescue is all about!
(P.S. The Volunteer that helped him in the shelter is his Mommy now. Some things are just meant to be!❤️)

What is your pet’s favorite thing to do?
Eat and go walking outside of the fence with his Dad.
