My Story
Hello world! My name is Gary but my mom refers to me as GareBear because I'm one big hunk. Or so she says. I just turned six.

I am starting my campaign now to become king of the Suncoast Basset Rescue sweetheart waddle next February. I'm hoping to raise lots and lots of money for the rescue that rescued me So they can continue to keep on helping pups in need.

I originally came to Suncoast Basset rescue due to my family going through a divorce and I was not handling apartment life well at all.

My first adoption did not go so well because I was very protective of my new momma and ended up biting another family member. So I came back to SBR.

I was again adopted but showed possessive over my new owner again which made my new family very uncomfortable so came back to SBR I came.

My foster momma said that's it you're here to stay and the rest is history.

I have four Basset siblings now. Three of which were adopted from Suncoast. I also have two kitties sisters. One was rescued as a stray and the other one came from the shelter.
