My Story
Ellie Mae is 9 yrs old. She is a retired AKC registered therapy dog with over 250 visits to nursing homes, touching a lot of hearts and putting smiles on many faces through the years. In March of this year Ellie had emergency surgery to remove a mass in her small intestine, testing showed it was cancerous. Ellie completed chemo and is thankfully, currently, cancer free. She is under treatment now for her platelet counts, She's such a little fighter. Ellie enjoys going to the beach, playing with her sister, swimming, traveling, doing scent work, agility and supporting all her friends by helping to raise money for her favorite rescues.
