Pet's Story
Sugar & Spice are brother and sister. They were first at Lucky Bunny and then found their way to SDHRS and lived there for about a year. Sugar & Spice were only about a year old when I adopted them, so that means they lived at the shelter for most of their life. S&S don’t really like to be pet, so they might not have been other hoomins first choice, but for me it was love at first sight! After a year of lots of love they sometimes enjoy some pets during nap time. During business hours it’s all about the treats though! Sugar & Spice are excellent pets with special abilities. They’re trained to do a circle for treats and to follow me to the bedroom when living room playtime is over. They also alerted me when there was a snake in the house in the middle of the night! That’s a story for another time. Looking forward to my long life adventure with Sugar & Spice, my little gremlin bunny poo poos.
