Pet's Story
We adopted Princess because my son had wanted a bunny for years but we always lived where we couldn’t have pets. We finally got our own home and went to find a bunny at sdhrs. We were looking and my son turned around and Princess was just being put in a cage. He just looked at me and said that’s the one. She is the best bunny. She doesn’t chew on things, she’s mellow, she’s loves her head pet & gives love to him. We couldn’t have picked a better bunny. But, we realized she needed a friend. We went back to sdhrs to find a friend. Zeus was just surrendered and was all the way from Italy. My son picked him as well and he was such a gentleman to our Princess who wasn’t so sure. He would just sweetly lay near her giving her time. After 3 dates we adopted him too. As soon as we got them both home they became besties and they just bring so much love and joy to our home. In fact, they’re so good they don’t even have their cage up anymore. They have little houses to have privacy but have full reign of my sons room. Always there for him when he’s sick or not. Best bunnies ever!!!
