Pet's Story
Senior dog, adopted at the Gaines St center (originally named River). He is part boxer and as a result, loves to toss his toys and "box". He has the tenderest eyes and sweetest temperament. He is an active sleeper, thumping his tail, barking and scissoring his legs in his sleep. There isn't anyone he doesn't like and greets with enthusiasm. I often wonder why his original family gave him up, but he must have been loved because there isn't a mean bone in his body.
