Opie & his siblings were found in a parking lot in California with their throats slit at about 5-6 months old. Him and one other sibling were the survivors while the others did not make it. He now lives his BEST life with his bald neck smiling, jumping, howling at fire trucks & playing with his 3 fur bros every day!!
