Pet's Story
Cayenne got to grow up next to one of her siblings, Harley. They were inseparable. A few years ago Harley passes due to stomach cancer. It took Cayenne a while to adjust without Harley around. They went to the beach every day together and played ball. Now Cayenne is 11. Her hip dysplasia is making it harder for her to get to the beach so she rides in a wagon to dog beach. As soon as her paws hit the sand she takes off like a young pup straight to the water and will play ball for hours if I let her. She usually gets 10 throws and a bonus throw before heading back in the cart. It takes her a few days to recover but it sure is worth it to see that big smile on her face. Maybe she is playing with Harley in her head. She is a beach girl for sure. Maybe that is why we are best friends.
