Pet's Story
I got Cheddar with my ex partner in December 2016. That relationship was awful, and I ended it in 2018. Cheddar has been such an incredible support. I never knew I could have so much love for a little creature. He sleeps next to me every night and he has his own pillow in our bed. He follows me from room to room, and he'll meow for me whenever we're separated. He's the 3rd of 4 cats living with myself, my dad, and my 3 brothers. He helps calm me down in the chaos of our house. I would have never expected that I would enter the Gaines Street campus, and come out with a 5 year old (now 8), scruffy, orange, 4-legged best friend. I'm so lucky to have Cheddar in my life.
